formdone
Stop retyping your résumé into every application
formdone is a Chrome extension that fills out job application forms for you: your contact details, work history, education and the repeat questions, typed into the form from what it knows about you. When a form asks something it doesn't know, it asks you instead of guessing, and remembers your answer for every application after. Get early access free with your Google account or email.

How it works
Open a job application in Chrome and start formdone. It reads the form on the page and fills each field from what you've told it before. If a field needs something it doesn't know, like your notice period or a portfolio link, it asks you once and saves the answer, so the next application doesn't ask again.
Built for the forms that waste the most time
Workday's multi-page applications, where every company makes you create a new account; Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby forms with their own custom questions; and the career pages companies build themselves. The more you apply, the less it has to ask.
It never makes up an answer
Autofill tools that guess put wrong answers on applications: a made-up name, the wrong sponsorship status, a salary you never said. formdone asks you instead. Sponsorship, salary and self-identification answers come from you.
